Instructions to edit:

1. Open the PDF in any PDF reader application (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft Edge).
 

2. Click in the highlighted fields. In order, add to the centre of each field:
The invited child's / adult's name,
Your child's name,
The party date,
The start and end time that the guests should arrive by and depart,
The RSVP latest date,
The contact name for RSVP,
The best contact phone number for RSVP.
 

3. "Save As" the invitation PDF file to your computer.
 

4. Print and post or email.

 

Before sending, we recommend you open the saved file to check all details saved correctly.
