Venue Hire Package 

Our premier event venue planned exclusively for you and your guests with capacity for 30 kids and 50 adults standing and 20 seated in a Cocktail / Canape / Buffet type of special events. Including a professional event planner to supervise the special day and after event cleaning and garbage disposal. The Venue main room and facilities will be closed for your private celebration in our signature elegant, Parisian Patisserie style, with hand crafted unique décor.

Planning a party is a very creative process with many different options to design a truly unique and magical experience, for your understanding we have prepared below a complete list of all the inclusions and add on options below:

 
The venue hire includes:
 
Venue hire for the entire time with exclusive use of the 250m2 venue bathed in natural light (170m2 of open and stall area, adults seating area, patisserie style tea bar area, 2 toilers).
 
Event planner to style supervise the special day.
 
Elegant / French patisserie theme décor of white panel walls, crystal chandeliers, three unique handmade cake / desert plinths with stands, white custom made cart (perfect for gifts or candy display), buffet table, stage, photo area.
 
Adults and kids tables and ghost chairs / bench seating for up to 20 adults and 30 kids. Further standing for 50 adults.
 
Audio visual sound system (large flatscreen TV above the performance stage) and 2 wireless professional microphones.
 
Full venue cleaning / sanitising / garbage disposal before and after the event.
Includes 1/2 hour bump in and 1/2 hour bump out for the added services that you may arrange (balloons set up, props hire, photographer/videographer, catering).
 
Important package conditions: This package allows you to arrange your own professional full service catering only. All food must be prepared, pre-cooked and ready for service prior to entering the venue. No cooking / warming facilities are available.
 
Available only for weekdays and after 3.30 pm on weekends, subject to availability.
